ARE THE PURCHASED MATTRESSES COVERED BY A WARRANTY?

Yes, the Mollyflex mattress warranty can be extended for up to 7 years on the Moontex, Naturello and Polilattex lines and for up to 12 years on the Moonpur mattress line. The warranty only covers the core of the mattress. The cover, on the other hand, has a 2 year warranty. This warranty certificate certifies that the product has been checked during product packaging.


The warranty is not valid in the following cases:

  • If the mattress is placed on unsuitable bases. For example, the thickness of the slats should not exceed 68mm (standard size)
    • When the fault is caused by the user's negligence
    • When excessive wear is caused by improper use
    • When the user damages the mattress, including accidentally
