Payment by credit card

When you pay for your credit card order, you will automatically be directed to a secure page (SSL) on the bank's site that will handle the transaction.

In this page you can enter, with the utmost peace of mind, the data of the card.

If payment is successful, confirmation is immediate and we will only receive a receipt number from the Bank.

Unlike in a traditional business (where your card details pass through the eyes of the owner of the business, the clerk, the waiter, etc.), the online transaction is absolutely secure because nobody, except the bank that will handle the transaction, may be aware of your credit card codes.

The following credit cards are accepted:

Mastercard

PostePay

All rechargeable credit cards (such as PostePay) are also accepted when associated with an international circuit (such as Visa or Mastercard).

At the time of the order, the total amount is only "committed" on the credit card ceiling (AUTHORIZATION) and only the day following the shipment of the ordered goods will we proceed with the actual charge.

In the event that the time of shipment exceeds the expiry of the authorization (for example for products "on request", or reserved, on arrival, etc.), in order to avoid the expiry of the authorization, we reserve the right to charge the card, before shipment.

In some cases, our Customer Service may contact you to request additional information to determine the actual ownership of your credit card.

In this case, the time of shipment will start from the conclusion of the checks. The Mollyflex store will be shown on your credit card statement.

In all cases of termination of the contract and subsequent cancellation of the order, before the actual debit on the credit card, we will request the release of the committed amount through the banking systems.

The release times depend exclusively on the issuer of the credit card and, for some types of cards, can reach their natural expiry date, which is normally 24 days from the date of authorization.

With your PayPal account

If you already have a PayPal account and would like to buy in this way, after the order is sent you will be directed to the PayPal checkout page (secure and secure SSL transaction) where you will just enter the login credentials chosen when registering to PayPal.

If the payment is successful, PayPal will immediately debit the amount related to the purchase made to the account and send us the confirmation of the order at the same time.

At no time during the purchase process we are able to know the information about the credit card or other methods entered in the PayPal wallet.

In some cases, our Customer Service may contact you to request additional information to determine the actual ownership of your PayPal account.

In this case, the time of shipment will start from the conclusion of the checks.

In all cases of termination of the contract and consequent cancellation of the order, the amount related to the purchase made will be re-credited to the PayPal account.

The re-crediting methods on the payment tool linked to your PayPal account depend exclusively on PayPal.

Payment on delivery

In case of payment to the courier when goods are delivered, payment may be made by cash or by cheque in the name of the courier.

The specific means of payment accepted may vary according to the courier and/or delivery method chosen.

We will notify you in the dispatch confirmation email, the correct cheque header and the specific forms of payment accepted by the individual courier chosen (amount limits, cheque type, etc.).

In case of cash payment, we recommend preparing the exact amount as the courier normally does not have any change. In case of cash payment, a small additional fee is due.

The exact amount of this fee will be specifically and clearly indicated in the product technical sheet and during the purchase procedure on the page of the payment method. In case the amount of your order is greater than the maximum amount accepted by the courier, we will ask for the excess amount by bank transfer as clearly indicated during the purchase procedure on the page of the payment method.

It will be the responsibility of Customer Service to provide all the necessary information for the payment of the deposit. In this case, the delivery times will start from the date of receipt of the transfer (and not from the date of transmission of the order).
