Shipping costs

The exact amount of the shipping cost depends on the destination and the shipping method chosen. It is always indicated separately in the basket. There will be no surprises once your order is complete!

Limitations

  • "C/o" postal addresses and military addresses APO are not allowed.
  • Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, except holidays and business closing for summer and Christmas holidays.
  • Products sold through the www.mollyflex.it Site are delivered only to Italy.

Information about the carrier

We point out that courier services may require the affixing of a signature for the receipt of the goods, obligatory in case the products have arrived damaged due to the transportation. All products must be signed by a person of legal age at the time of delivery. If there is no one at the address provided with the qualifications necessary to accept the delivery of the products, you will be asked to contact our courier service to arrange an alternative delivery date or a place for the collection of the products.

Cancellation of the online order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department for cancellation.

Once the order has been confirmed, we cannot, however, guarantee that the shipment can be stopped.

If it has not been possible to stop the shipment of the goods, please refuse it upon arrival, we will give you a refund equal to the purchase cost, once the item is returned to stock. To request the cancellation of an order you can send an e-mail to this address:   info@mollyflex.it.

Right of withdrawal

Mollyflex guarantees total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the unused goods to us in its original box, provided that you comply with the following provisions:

- You have the right to withdraw from the sale agreement within and not more than 15 calendar days from the date of delivery;

- Your right of withdrawal does not apply to customized items;

- All items must be returned unused, with genuine labels, operating instructions, warranty booklet and any other labels and envelopes in their original packaging.

- If the returned goods are not in such a condition that they can be resold, we will not accept your return.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by e-mail at info@mollyflex.it and follow the procedure described below:

Return procedure:

  1. Please contact the address info@mollyflex.it with the tracking number on the shipping notification e-mail or the order number on the e-mail confirming receipt of your order, together with the reason for the return; We will email you a return label, a return number, along with the return instructions;
  2. Send the product to be returned (only if unused, complete with original labels, operating instructions, warranty booklet, and any other labels and envelopes) into its original shipping box to prevent damage during transport;
  3. Print the return label and place it on the return packaging. The return label will contain all the necessary data: Your name, address, address where to return the product, your telephone number, number and/or description of the product to be returned, and finally the return number;
  4. Please read the return instructions carefully and contact our express courier for pick up as per the return instructions. You must arrange for pickup by our express courier within 10 calendar days of the email dispatch date with the return label, return number and return instructions.
  5.  If you have followed all the return procedures, we will send you the refund instructions within 30 days. If you have not met all the return requirements, we will notify you by e-mail of the reason why we cannot accept your request;
  6. please return only goods purchased online by following the above procedure.

Products purchased online cannot be returned or refunded by our stores or retailers.

Defective products, damaged or lost products during transport or improper delivery.

Please check that the goods are intact at the time of delivery. In the event of defects and/or discrepancies in relation to your order, you must record the nature of the problem on the delivery note and sign.

Email us a written notice of the problem to info@mollyflex.it within 24 hours of the delivery date and follow the return procedure described under "right of withdrawal". For defective goods or goods returned as a result of our error we will refund the costs incurred for the return of the item.

Subject to availability, we will send you a new e-mail notification of the shipment and we will send you the correct product automatically and immediately at our expense.
